Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

At Galilee Inspirations, we take pride in creating high-quality, faith-inspired products that uplift and encourage. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to love every item you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

  • Once we receive your return, we will process your exchange or issue store credit.​

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at galileeinspirations@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are only available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues, but we are happy to exchange items if they meet the return criteria.
